Do my workers need a smartphone or a login?
No. Workers only punch at the device at your door, with their face, finger, card or QR. Only you and your managers log in, from any browser.
What happens when the internet goes down?
Punching carries on. Punches are stored on the device and upload with their real time once the connection is back.
Does Rozka send salaries from my bank account?
No. You pay the way you do today. When you mark a month as paid, Rozka records who got how much and when, locks it, and makes a payslip for each person.
What about PF, ESI and TDS?
You enter them as deductions and they show on the payslip. Rozka doesn't calculate them for you.
What does it cost?
